Sinus lift surgery, also known as maxillary sinus elevation, is performed for patients who do not have enough bone height to support a dental implant, or those who have sinuses that are too big or too close for an implant. Using a bone graft taken from the patient's body, from an allogeneic (human cadaver), or from a xenograft (cow) bone graft, this surgery will allow for more secure dental implants once it’s healed.
Tooth Extractions
Tooth extractions can be performed in a number of circumstances, such as in an emergency procedure after trauma or injury, or to prevent a future problem, such as with wisdom teeth removal.
