The first time you arrive at our practice, you’ll be greeted by a friendly member of our team and offered a refreshment. When you take a seat in one of the soft chairs or sofas in our waiting room, you’ll notice our facility is bright, clean, cozy, and aromatic.
When it’s time for your appointment, our treatment coordinator will find you in the waiting room and invite you back to your treatment room. They will review your medical history, ask you some general screening questions, and spend some time getting to know you. You'll receive a comprehensive set of x-rays and intraoral images taken to give us a full understanding of the state of your teeth, gums, and jaw.
Dr. Thode will then come in to meet you, review all of your x-rays and images with you in detail, perform your dental examination, and provide clear explanations on your treatment options. We empower each patient to be part of the process of determining their treatment plan moving forward, making this a collaborative experience where every decision is made together.
Your treatment coordinator will be there to act as another point of support and to ensure they understand all aspects of your dental care. This allows them to act as your personal liaison, answering any of your questions and booking your appointments. You’ll never be pressured into any treatments — instead, you’ll receive expert guidance and gentle support.
